I've been thinking....

As soon as I saw this picture I knew what I wanted to do for my version of the Gollies quilt idea.

Yes a row-by-row!!

AS I see things I like I can do a row of them, rather than making a whole quilt of each.

(Unfortunately there are no instructions for this, only the photo).

Lets get started!

Here it is, a blog for a group of friends who like to sew, patchwork and quilt. We call ourselves the Sample Sisters. Some of the sisters are new to this blog thing so I think that as well as having fun with our stitching and our chatting, we can have fun with the blogging. I invite the Sample Sisters, and you all know who you are, to have a go at writing a first post...keep it simple and we can discuss technicalities when we meet :-).
